Accommodation

The Parliament of the Republic of South Africa is responsible for the organisation and conduct of the meetings as well as providing the conference facilities, hospitality and local transportation. It is to be noted, however, that should delegates choose to stay in establishments other than Arabella Hotel and Benguela Cove, they will be liable for the cost of the transport.

Parliament has secured accommodation at the Arabella Hotel and Benguela Cove Luxury Villas, which will be available on a first come first served basis. Costs of the accommodation will be borne by the delegates. There are also a number of accommodation options in Hermanus, which is 27.8km from Arabella Hotel.
