Overview
The P20 Meeting of Young Parliamentarians, scheduled for 29 - 30th September, will convene as part of the broader P20 Speakers’ Summit activities. This inaugural gathering will give young MPs (under the age of 40) a dynamic platform to contribute ideas, share experiences and shape global discourse on issues that directly affect youth. This meeting affirms the vital role of young leaders in parliamentary diplomacy and development cooperation.

Objectives
  • To amplify the voices of young MPs in shaping the global policy agenda
  • To build long-term inter-parliamentary youth networks for collaboration and innovation
  • To promote youth participation in democratic institutions and global governance
  • To contribute a youth-focused outcome document to the main P20 Declaration
